Ayahuasca is an ancient Amazonian discipline, not recreation. Ceremonies are paired with quiet reflection, integration circles, and diet-compliant meals from our on-site chef.

The ceremony is one part of a larger arc. Three phases carry the transformation.
Preparation · from 14 days prior
Dieta: no pork, fermented foods, or excess oils, plus abstinence and medication review to purify body and focus mind.
Ceremony · 4–6 hours each
Two facilitators (Shipibo 9+ yrs, Balinese energy work 15 yrs), 1:4 ratio, max 12. Bamboo-teak maloka, icaros, on-site brew.
Integration · 4 weeks after
Next-day journaling, sharing circles, and 1-on-1 sessions — then weekly online group calls for one month.
